Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details.

Refunds

• Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 working days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Faulty Items

• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We may request photographic evidence to process your claim.

• Often, damaged pieces can be used for cuts in projects and present no issues. Once you've let us know of any issues, we may ask you to continue with your project and inform us of any flooring that was unusable or of any shortfall, and we can refund or replace as necessary.

• A replacement or refund will be offered once the issue is confirmed.
