Returns

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Often, damaged pieces can be used for cuts in projects and present no issues. Once you've let us know of any issues, we may ask you to continue with your project and inform us of any flooring that was unusable or of any shortfall, and we can refund or replace as necessary.
